2007-08 (Sophomore): Indoor: Earned Second Team All-NEC honors at the NEC Indoor Championship with his second place finish in the 5000m at 15:17.28... Earned a fourth place finish as part of a distance medley team at the Great Dane Invitational... Placed first in the mile, clocking in at 4:23 at the University of Delaware Thomson Invitational... Won the 1500m at the USATF-NJ Open... Part of a distance medley team that finished fourth with a time of 10:17.84 qualified for IC4As... Outdoor Track: Ran a time of 8.51 in the men's 3000m, finishing sixth at the Shamrock Invitational... Finished 5th in the 1500 and 7th in the 5K at the NEC Championships... 2006-07 (Freshman): Indoor: Member of the second place 4x800m relay team at Fordham Collegiate Opener... Ran the third leg of the eighth place finishing DMR team (10:24.02) at the Great Dane Classic... Outdoor: Earned points for the Hawks in the NEC Outdoor Championships with sixth place finish in the 1500 (4:04.23).Finished eighth at the NEC Championships and was named an All-NEC runner... XC: earned All East honors at the IC4A/ECAC Championship... Hawks top returner at the NCAA Regionals... The top MU men's finisher by claiming second place in the MU Cross Country Kickoff with a time of 19:05 for 6K...
