Band Camp (Upper & Lower Body) – NEW! (45-60 min)

All skill levels – Light/Moderate Intensity

Tired of the crowded fitness center? Wish you could bypass the crowds and still get a good workout? Well now, you can! “Band Camp” utilizes nothing but resistance bands to give you a complete upper and/or lower body workout! Replace an hour of weight lifting in the busy fitness center with this unique class to tone and sculpt your entire body.

 

 

Vinyasa Yoga (45-60 min)

Beginner/Intermediate – Low Intensity

This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, will keep you present as you learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. Utilizing Sun Salutations, strength building and connected movements, Vinyasa Yoga will build confidence and help you stay present and centered.

 

 

Slow Flow Yoga (60 min)

Beginner – Light Intensity

Smooth and slow transitions between movements focusing on proper technique and breathing patterns. Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into a more relaxed state.

 

 

Core Strength Yoga (45-60 min)

Beginner/Intermediate – Light/Moderate Intensity

This class focuses on building core strength through a variety poses. Flowing postures and breaths are woven together, also utilizing core-generated alignment, improving safety and stability.

 

 

Zumba (60 min)

All skill levels – Light Intensity

This class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

 

Cardio Kickboxing (45 min)

All skill levels – Moderate Intensity

Kickbox your way into a high-energy interval style class combining a variety of kick/punch movements to increase your cardiovascular health and burn calories.

 

 

Abs, Legs, and Butt (45-60 min)

All skill levels – Moderate Intensity

Sculpt your abs, legs, and butt with this moderate-intensity level class focusing on basic body weight movements such as squats and lunges. Work your core with planks, crunches, and other exercises for a total lower body/core workout.

 

 

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (30 min)

All skill levels – High Intensity

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training, which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. This class will provide you maximum amounts of fat burning and cardio.
